Frilford Heath is a village approximately 5 miles from the town of Abingdon and 8 miles from the city of Oxford. The hamlets of Frilford and Frilford Heath are on and near to the crossroads of the A338 Oxford to Wantage road and the A415 Witney to Abingdon road. Frilford Heath has one pub, The Dog House Hotel. The centre of Frilford is dominated by the Abingdon School playing fields. Opposite the playing fields is the Abingdon Preparatory School and, down a short drive, Frilford Evangelical Chapel.
