An exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and successful estate agency working from our Wantage offices hours 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday and occasionally on a Saturday, reporting to the actively involved partners.

Duties will include registering clients, booking property appointments, proactively seeking out new business, carrying out property viewings, obtaining, qualifying and negotiating offers, agreeing and liaising sales successfully through to completion. You would be representing a successful, experienced and well-established family-run estate agency situated in the attractive market town of Wantage, South Oxfordshire. Career progression to develop knowledge of estate agency with further potential to advance into a Sales Valuer for the right individual. Previous experience in estate agency, or customer service/sales environment would be beneficial, as well as proficiency in outlook email and the use of a database software, or computerised booking system, but not essential. We are a people industry and the ability to enjoy helping others and provide a high level of service is key to full enjoyment and success of the role.

Support and ongoing training will be provided for the right candidate.
All candidates must hold a full driving licence and use of their own car is also required for the role where mileage expenses will be paid.
Candidates are required to be of smart appearance, enjoy meeting people, have a desire to provide a high level of service, be a team player and have a can-do, enthusiastic and proactive attitude and work well in busy office environment.
