Graham is the founding partner of D&S. Graham’s career in agency began in 1986 and has seen him in working in Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire with the last 23 years based in Wantage. Graham has developed a reputation as a highly proactive agent, whose strong negotiation skills have attained him a client base spanning several generations. Outside of the business Graham is a keen sports enthusiast; having previously played for Wantage Town FC, he still actively enjoys the game. Graham also appreciates family life with his young children and wife Rachel at their Oxfordshire smallholding.

Rachel Douglas

Rachel Douglas, Partner

Rachel is a Partner at D&S bringing with her over 12 year’s estate agency within many key aspects of the industry covering several counties with the South East. Prior to estate agency Rachel held long standing client focussed positions with a cross section of industries. Raised within an entrepreneurial family with interests in the construction industry, her interest in property began at a young age.  Outside of the business Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, horses, and animals with husband Graham, at their equestrian property overlooking White Horse Hill.

Guy Simmons, Partner

Guy is a Partner and Valuer at D&S. Having started his Estate Agency career with D&G in 2000, Guy re-joined the team in 2014, after working for a large corporate agency in Abingdon. Guy previously successfully managed his own customer-service business for 18 years, with premises in Oxford and Harwell. Guy enjoys providing outstanding customer service and his reputation for listening and understanding his client’s needs has created him a loyal following. Outside of work, Guy enjoys property renovation and playing golf, plus spending time with wife Diane, family and friends.

Diane Simmons , Partner

Diane is a Partner at D&S. Having supported various entrepreneurs and business leaders for over 20 years, Diane helps D&S embrace new technology, and helps to shape D&S’s business expansion plans helping to create our staff training programmes, at the centre of our company ethos. Outside of work, Diane and her husband Guy, are busy with family and friends, walking their Cockapoo dog Bertie, and undertaking renovation projects.

Jonathan Bright

Jonathan Bright, Financial Advisor

Jonathan is the founding director of J Finance. He has been a financial planner for nearly 30 years with a bias towards mortgages and a wealth of experience working with estate agents.  Jonathan created J Finance to offer not only excellent advice based on the whole of the market, but help throughout the buying process and beyond.  He works with his own clients as well as managing a team of likeminded advisers.  In his spare time Jonathan is a keen mountain biker, hill walker and skier.  He mixes these healthy pastimes with a passion for food and entertaining.

Sue Long, Secretary

Sue has been with D&S as our Sales Secretary for 3 years. Having spent many years working within Customer Service, Sue understands how important it is for the buying and selling process to run smoothly from start to finish. Sue has lived and worked in the Wantage area for many years and has extensive knowledge of what the area has to offer. Outside of work, Sue enjoys spending time with her family and friends, whilst paying particular attention to her Westie Lottie.

Charlotte Quinn, Weekend Viewings Coordinator

Charlotte is part of our Weekend Viewings Team and was born in Wantage.  A University Graduate, Charlotte loves living in the area and spends most of her time raising young family.  Although relatively new to Estate Agency, Charlotte enjoys meeting people and helping them find their perfect home and is an advocate for living in this historic area.  As a former client, Charlotte enjoys renovating her new home in her spare time and socialising with friends.

Rebekah Reade

Rebekah Reade, Weekend Viewings Coordinator

Rebekah is part of our Weekend Viewings Team. Having been educated in Pakistan before moving to the UK Rebekah enjoys travel and property renovation, whilst raising her raising young family with her husband in their latest project in a nearby downland village. Although relatively new to estate agency, Rebekah has held strong client focused positions with a well-known book retailer and thoroughly enjoyed matching people to literature in her role. Rebekah enjoys meeting people and is now looking forward to helping new buyers find their perfect home.

Dominic Simmons

Dominic Simmons, Trainee Sales Negotiator

Dominic has joined D&S this year as our first trainee negotiator. Since graduating from The Golf College and traveling on his post-graduate year actively playing the sport, Dominic has excelled in the sales industry already having already completed two sales contracts with two international golf retailers. Stepping into the family shoes, Dominic already shows a natural ability already in the industry and is keen to further his experience under the guidance and mentorship of the senior partners. Dominic is a great communicator and actively enjoys engagement with clients and the challenge of selling a property and achieving a successful outcome. In his spare time, Dominic enjoys pursuing his love of golf and socialising with his friends and girlfriend Leah.

Shona Endicott

Shona Endicott, Lettings and Investment Director

Shona is our Lettings and Investment Director, managing our Lettings and Property Management Division. Prior to joining D&S Shona, spent 4 years working for an independent lettings agency in Bicester and after 12 years within residential sales for a large corporate agency in this area.  Shona has a wealth of industry knowledge and experience in developing long term relationships with Landlords, helping to maximise their investment plans.  Shona moved to Didcot over 17 years ago, raising two children locally, and enjoys the great commuter links to London and Devon, where she enjoys theatre and socialising with friends and family. Shona is a holistic therapist and outside of work enjoys walking her dog locally.

Lauren Sheldon, Lettings Coordinator

Lauren is part of our Lettings and Property Management Team, having joined D&G in 2015. Although relatively new to agency, Lauren worked in Wantage for 5 years within a bank and therefore has a wealth of business connections. Now focussed on developing her career within D&G, Lauren has recently gained her for her ARLA qualifications. In her spare time, Lauren is a keen football supporter and player and enjoys spending time with her fiancé Steve and 2 dogs Oscar and Jack!

Jacqui Weeks, Lettings Finance Assistant

Jacqui joined our lettings team this year having previously worked with our company in our sales team. Jacqui has extensive estate agency experience and also has experience in the retail and finance sectors. Jacqui brings a cheerful and safe pair of hands to our experienced and friendly team. In between working part-time with us Jacqui actively enjoys property renovation, being a landlord herself as well as family life with husband Dave their two children and cockapoo dog Alfie.

Elizabeth Bissessar, Property Manager

Elizabeth has over 5 years’ experience in the industry and always had a passion for properties. She has helped her parents with their investment portfolio for years and has started building her own! After Elizabeth’s 1st own complete re-renovation project with her partner Aaron, she has learnt a huge amount of practical resolutions from fitting bathrooms and kitchens to plastering and painting. She loved the experience and thrives off organising jobs and getting things sorted, an ideal property manager! When Elizabeth isn’t renovating she enjoys cooking and spending time with her close-knit family.
