Energy Performance Certificate
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is required for all domestic and commercial buildings in the UK which are made available to let or buy as well as new build properties (Note: the only current exception being Listed properties). We can organise the EPC to be carried out for you with an experienced, trusted assessor (the certificate will be yours to use and is valid for 10 years). Instruct a Solicitor
Once a sale is agreed on your property, instructing a solicitor becomes the next stage in the legal process. It is advisable to work with an efficient and trusted solicitor whom has good local knowledge of the area and one you feel will keep you informed.
