Let & Rent Service

This service is designed for professional Landlords who have the knowledge and skills to manage their property but wish to utilise our comprehensive marketing and our personal and professional in-house accounts service.

Full Management Service

This popular peace of mind service gives our Landlords the assurance that their property, be it a family home or investment, will be in good hands. Each property and Tenant is looked after on a day-to-day basis, ensuring everything is well maintained and cared for with regular property inspections and a reliable team of local trades on hand for quality repairs and routine servicing, certification and general maintenance. Over three quarters of our Landlord's register their properties under our full management service.

Short Let Management Service

D&S have seen an increase in the “Short Let” market and we are now able to offer this service to satisfy a growing demand from clients looking for short term accommodation within the Oxfordshire area. This service is tailored to the needs of Landlords who wish to let their property on a short term basis but do not have sufficient time or experience required to intensively let and manage their property in this way.

At D&S, we aim to provide you with the service that meets your individual requirements. Therefore, our Charles is able to create a bespoke package for you.  Additional services include:

Rent Guarantee

Non-payment of rent can occur for many reasons; such as sickness or redundancy.  D&S can provide you with details of a specialist insurance provider who offer a bespoke rent guarantee service to give peace of mind if the unexpected happens.  The insurance policy covers the Landlord against loss of income due to non-payment of rent for up to 12 months, and any legal expenses that are incurred obtaining vacant possession, up to £100,000*.

Cover is subject to satisfactory references with special rates for Landlords from the equivalent of £10 per month.  *Please ask the lettings team if you require more information as data/prices and conditions can change depending on market conditions
